somehow i now then realise how much my parents dote on me...
just a few hours ago, my jealousy was aroused by my brother... yes, i do get jealous easily... my eldest bro got for my other bro a mini i-pod.. and geez i've been eyeing that since God knows.. he already has an n-gage and he has to get more gizmos... i tot the world was unfair... hai... the conversation was held openly... i went to my room and just "rained" a drop or two...
few mins later, my mum entered the room and told me "no distractions.. after exams then we'll see"... i was sighing... then again a few mins later, my dad came in with my old md player.. it was supposed not to work..2 yrs ago it juz, well, didn't work... and no one really repaired it.. the md player was a gift i'd received 4 yrs ago.. mebbe it's the best gift yet.. well anyway, my dad came in and he was sittin on my bed, tryin to fix the player.. i wasn't in any mood so i didn't respond to him in anyway and carried on with my sums.. then out of nowhere, my dad came to me and said "eh, can work arh..." i was tryin hard not to smile but eventually i did.. after all this while, it could actually work.. i listened to all my recorded mds... ah, bliss! all the songs from years back just brought back old happy memories... ah, then my mum came in (again) and saw the repaired player and she was like "your brother bought for you an mp3 player but since this one's working, i'll take tt one okay?"
so now i'm at at stumper... my old trusty md player.. or a new mp3 player which stores ONLY 20 songs....?
